arrived on time. gave estimate and cleaned 3 bedrooms, great room, office and 4 pieces of furniture in 3.5 to 4 hours. very little water used. carpet dry in 2-3 hours and furniture mostly dry in same time. everything looks very clean and carpet is very fluffy.

Ed did a great job. We have 5 elderly pets and the carpet was a mess. He spent a lot of extra time cleaning and it is the cleanest we have ever had with a carpet cleaning service. In the past, we have had steam cleaning/extraction performed. We will definitely call Ed again.
I was a little disappointed that the cost was going to be more than I expected, but it was apparently my fault because the square footage was greater than I anticipated. The job was done better than any other carpet cleaning I have had done. There was years of stains on these rugs that I couldn't imagine would come clean, but did. Very pleased.

Looked for rug cleaners in Cape Coral and naturally most have pretty good reviews. I chose My Cleaner and the minute I talked to Ed I knew I made a good choice. When he arrived he could not have been more cordial or professional. He explained everything to a tee, measured and gave us the estimate. I find his pricing to be very reasonable. He did a wonderful job cleaning some pretty dirty rugs. Trust me, My Cleaner is the right choice for rug cleaning.

Not Ed and his Service. Price was very fair for the amount of area cleaned. Results exceeded our expectations, and approach was VERY PROFESSIONAL. I have a beautiful rug from Morocco that needed to be cleaned. I called My Cleaner and Ed got me scheduled promptly. He emailed me a reminder, and telephoned to let me know he would arrive on time. He explained the cleaning process and proceeded to vacuum, spray spot cleaner, regular cleaner and then clean the rug. Afterwards he raked it and applied deodorizer. It looks the BEST it has looked since the day I purchased it! I would highly recommend My Cleaner!

My husband and I had Ed from My Cleaner clean two bedroom carpets in the condo we had just purchased . He detected some pet urine stains that we were not aware of, cleaned the carpets and they came out beautifully. All this was done via long distance since we could not be in Cape Coral. Such quick and prompt service.! Ed literally came out to give me a quote and clean my carpets the day after I called to set up an appointment. My carpets look so clean and they were dry in a hour or so....Loved the fact that my carpets aren't soaking wet for 4 days, the cleaning process is green, and pet/child/allergy friendly. There is a pleasant clean smell afterwards, but not overpowering or strong. Yes, I will be calling My Cleaner again!

I'm so pleased with the work they did on my master bathroom ceramic tile floor. They were able to remove and clean up grout and other residue on the floor that I wasn't able to clean up and thought I was stuck with. I thought the only option was to replace my tile floor - they were able to get it looking perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and there is no question in my mind we will use them on a regular basis to ensure our flooring remains in the best condition possible. Thank you for saving our carpets!! I called in a panic last night, and they came today and performed miracles. We just bought a house and didn't realize the carpet was trashed in the back room (pet urine ??). We have furniture being delivered and guests arriving next week, and I was in total despair.
